These are cash transfers only and will not affect encumbrances. The transfers are necessary to cover payroll and bi-weekly meeting checks and will be repaid mid-January 2023. The temporary transfer from Highway Cash, Capital Improvement - Regular, and Tinker Clearing 2002 was approved by the Board of County Commissioners on September 19, 2022.
